When you buy from us we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, order contents and the information needed to deliver and clear customs. We do not see or store your full card details. We share data only with those who need it to fulfil your order — Shopify, Stripe and PayPal, our makers and carriers, and Avalara for duty calculation — and we never sell your personal data.

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold and ask us to correct it; in the EU/EEA or UK you can also request deletion, object to processing, or ask for it to be transferred. Contact us and we'll respond within one month. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in the EU/EEA or UK, your local data protection authority.
