A 30-day return window applies to eligible instruments listed as in stock, provided the handpan returns in the same condition with supplied accessories and packaging.

Custom or preordered builds may carry different terms noted at checkout. Initiate a return from your order receipt or the track order flow so the bench can expect the package.

Refund timing follows your payment method once inspection confirms condition.
