Returns

If you're a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your instrument, without giving a reason. Tell us in writing at hello@elementshandpans.com within those 14 days; you then have a further 14 days to send it back.

Instruments must return in original condition and original case, with no play wear beyond what's needed to reasonably try them. Unless the instrument is faulty or was sent in error, you pay return shipping — for a high-value instrument we strongly recommend an insured, tracked service. We refund within 14 days of receiving it back, to your original payment method.

A 432 Hz tuning request is a standard tuning option, not a bespoke order, so the full 14-day right to cancel applies to every instrument. Each handpan carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects; this is in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not limit them.
