By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Elements Handpans is operated by Michelle Ackers, a sole proprietor carrying on business as Cornerstone Devs, 525 Adelaide St W, Toronto, ON M5V 0N7, Canada. Handpans are handmade: small variations in finish, colour and surface texture between instruments are inherent to the craft, not defects. Photographs are representative; your instrument is individually made.

Instruments are tuned to 440 Hz as standard, with 432 Hz available on request, and tuning is checked before dispatch. Prices are shown in euros (EUR). Import duty and taxes for your destination are calculated and shown separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email when it is accepted and dispatched, and we may decline an order — for example if an instrument is unavailable, if we cannot ship to your country, or if we cannot verify payment — in which case we refund you in full. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal; your card statement will show ELEMENTS HANDPANS. Risk passes to you on delivery and title passes once we have received payment in full.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute; if you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
