Shipping

Every Elements handpan is made to order, so each instrument is prepared for you individually. We currently ship to European Union destinations. Your instrument is typically dispatched within 7 business days; during busy periods, or for a 432 Hz tuning request, this can extend to 14 business days.

Once dispatched, EU delivery typically takes 5–8 business days. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees — customs inspection can add time and is outside our control. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and you'll see the exact amount before you pay. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your instrument ships.

We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): import duty and VAT for your country are calculated and collected as a separate line at checkout, so you will not be asked for additional customs charges on delivery. If your instrument arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the instrument before anything else and contact us within 7 days.
